Former Responsible Broker online history information is limited to the last five years. In order to obtain a complete certified license history, a Certified License History Request (RE 293) should be submitted with a $20.00 fee.

Former Responsible Broker affiliation dates are determined by application type, and if the affiliation was requested at the time of renewal, whether the renewal was submitted on an on-time or late basis (within the two-year right of renewal).
